Zhejiang Zhechuang, as a professional enterprise in the plastic packaging field, has established a deep cooperative relationship with Haofeng (Tianjin) Intelligent Manufacturing Co., Ltd., introducing Haofeng’s specialized positive and negative pressure thermoforming machine for flower pots, thereby achieving a comprehensive upgrade of production equipment and processes.
Haofeng Company conducted targeted optimization and improvements on the thermoforming equipment to address Zhechuang’s production pain points. Prior to the improvement, Zhechuang’s original equipment had a forming plate size of only 600×720, a stroke of 150, and a maximum product height of 130, supporting only top stretching and capable of processing only concave-mold products, which could not meet the production needs of complex products. After the improvement, the equipment’s plate size was upgraded to 710*850, an increase of 37%, with a maximum product height of up to 200. The equipment is equipped with synchronous upper and lower stretching functionality, enabling convex-mold processing and significantly improving the forming effect of high-stretch products. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a punching station, with ample mold installation space, making it suitable for the demand of large-scale, efficient, and continuous production of flower pot products.
Through this equipment upgrade cooperation, Zhechuang has successfully broken through its original production bottlenecks, achieving multiple improvements in product specifications, process capabilities, and production efficiency, with remarkable results from the collaboration between the two parties.
